Nick helped us even though we aren’t his clients! He gave us his time and made excellent suggestions. In a crisis situation, he visited us and helped us deal with an emergency. His actions says a lot about his character.

It has been my pleasure to have the opportunity to supervise as a partner in public accounting and to work with Nick Miseros as a professional colleague over the past five years. I cannot speak highly enough about Nick’s technical ability, people skills and commitment to the job. Nick kept up to date with professional pronouncements and regulatory matters including accounting and auditing for Canadian listed and SEC registered public companies. He is highly regarded by clients and staff.

Philip Clark CA, CPA, CFA

For over 12 years, Nick Miseros Prof Co. is a partner that is especially important to the success of my small business. As an entrepreneur and sole proprietor, I have little time for bookkeeping and tax regulations which seem to be ever-changing. Nick takes away the headache of the back office and is readily available. The expertise and efficiency he provides me, allows me more time to focus on my business.
