NICK MISEROS – CPA, CA, LPA

Nick specializes in the audit and interim review of small cap and development-stage reporting issuers across several industries. His expertise lies in assuring that client financial statements and regulatory filings are in full compliance with Canadian or US GAAP or IFRS and with regulatory standards.

His experience with not-for-profits and private companies ensures that his clients receive the depth and breadth of thinking required for today’s ever-changing environment. Nick provides services in taxation matters as they apply to owner managed businesses and their shareholders.

Nick graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2002.

He volunteers his time being the Treasurer of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum for its Toronto Chapter.

When away from the office, he enjoys spending time reading and travelling with his wife.

A sports enthusiast, he enjoys a wide of activities such as hockey, soccer, basketball, and baseball.
